Producer note:The Estate is made up of two separate nuclei in the municipality of Montalcino, occupying a total of 650 hectares. Just ten have been reserved for the vineyards. We dedicate all our efforts to the cultivation of just one grape variety, Sangiovese, which is used to produce 40,000 bottles a year, subdivided into Brunello di Montalcino DOCG (Brunello di M. Vigna), Rosso di Montalcino DOC (Sangiovese Grosso). JAMES SUCKLING 93: I like the clarity of fruit here with orange zest, red cherries, peaches and violets, alongside rosemary and spice box. So vibrant, with finely-knit tannins and a full body. Silky, lengthy and fragrant finish.
