2024 Vinding Montecarrubo Il Piccolo Bianco Grillo DOC

WINEMAKER PETER VINDING-DIERS’ NOTE: A pure 100% Grillo at a measured 12% vol, with floral and fruity aromas. Native to Sicily, Grillo is known for its notes of white flowers, citrus, peach, green apple, and sometimes herbal undertones — a true expression of sunshine and sea breeze. Grown near the sea, this Grillo has a salty tang to it, which makes it very attractive. Drink it on its own, with seafood and with good friends. It is fresh, fruity, well balanced and inviting. If your bottle is slightly cloudy, it is because at Montecarrubo we make our wines as natural as possible, and therefore we don’t filter in order for the fruit to remain at its full value.
