Distilled from a high-rye recipe mash (66:22:12 Corn:Rye:Malted Barley) and aged 4yrs in 18mo seasoned/toasted/charred new American oak barrels. Easy to enjoy on the rocks or used in classic whiskey cocktails. Single distilled and bottled un-chillfiltered for maximum flavour profile. Two Mile is the perfect Bourbon for any occasion. Producer Note: It’s impossible to drive two miles in any direction from the distillery without passing a corn field. So, when it came time to start sourcing the grains for our Bourbon, we knew we wanted to work with our local farmers.
