Rising star Laetitia Gradassi makes a full range of great value whites and reds in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Lirac. From 100% Clairette, only 500 bottles produced and only in the best possible vintages. Fermented in 500L barrels with lees stirring. Aged in 50% large barrels, 30% small barrels, 20% concrete to create a special blend. Long aging potential for this stunning wine from the region.
