Tenuta di Valgiano’s white is mostly Trebbiano, with some Vermentino and Malvasia. 10% cent of the Vermentino is fermented in barriques and the remainder in stainless steel at 10° C to preserve the intense and fruity aroma with a hint of pink grapefruit and lychees. This is a beautifully bright, fresh and enjoyable wine right now, and would match well with a wide range of foods throughout a meal.
