2021 Jane Eyre Tasmania Pinot Noir

Jane Eyre’s notes: This year’s wine is made from fruit coming from Tamar Valley (2/3) and Pipers River (1/3). 10% whole bunch. Cold soaked and gently macerated for 10 days before basket pressing direct to barrel. 10 months maturation in French oak puncheons (500L). 17% new oak, the wine is bright, elegant in style with bags of fresh cherry flavours and a hint of earth and spice on the palate. The tannins frame a beautiful wine. This is a step up from the previous vintage. Jancis Robinson 16/20. CASE of 6.
