Rising star Laetitia Gradassi makes a full range of great value whites and reds in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Lirac. A super fresh and floral white, lots of yellow plums and a saline layer on the finish. Made from 75:20:5 Grenache Blanc:Clairette:Bourbolenc. 50:50 aged in inox and with lees stirring in 500L barrels. A wine to enjoy now and with solid aging potential of 10-20 years. Pair with sashimi, white fish with a rich sauce, or Comté and Gruyère. JEB DUNNUCK 90+: Chamomile, orange blossom, and exotic floral, spicy notes all emerge from the 2022 Châteauneuf Du Pape Le Calice De Saint Pierre Blanc, a blend of 70% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, and the balance Bourboulenc. This light gold-hued effort has medium-bodied richness, a straight, focused style, and outstanding length. Tasted October 30^th, 2023.
