The nose is expressive and layered, with aromas of wild blackberry, black cherry, and hints of violet. Underneath, subtle notes of black pepper, cocoa, and a whisper of smoked earth reflect Syrah’s full character and the Mediterranean terroir of Melilli. On the palate, it’s refined and harmonious. Despite its moderate alcohol, the wine has a firm presence: elegant tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, savory finish. The texture is silky yet structured, with dark fruit flavors unfolding gradually, balanced by mineral undertones and a touch of balsamic depth.
