2023 Fanny & Lucien Rocault Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune Blanc

PRODUCER NOTE: Our estate is mostly located on the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune appellation. Planted in the heart of the appellation, our vineyards give those delicious and fruity Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, which are our leading wines. This terroir is known, as an islet, where Lucien Rocault’s ancestors used to plant "Blanc". (Lucien being the 18th generation of the family's winegrowers who have lived in Burgundy since 1470). Certified organic by Ecocert. A wine to enjoy now or to keep up to 6 or 7 years. This wine is sublime with asparagus or Mimosa eggs with chives, but also with homemade fish and chips with béarnaise sauce or even with tasty poultry.
